Beverly Childers

Beverly Denise Childers, 58, of Landrum passed away July 15, 2018 at the Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills.  She is the daughter of Earl J. and Dicie Ann Kennedy Childers.

Staff Sgt Childers was an active duty Marine for eight years and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. 

In addition to her parents, she is survived  by three sisters, Therissa Roach, Nancy McClinton (Tommy) and Milissa Tillery (Russell); her primary care giver, Kathy Barton, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00pm Wednesday, July 18, 2018  at Fellowship Baptist Church, 1870 Goodjoin Rd., Campobello, SC. Services will follow in the church sanctuary at 2:00pm conducted by Rev. Mike Miller.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations be made to Petty Funeral Home in Beverly's honor or to a Veterans Organization of your choice.
