Joe D. Condrey, 71, of Campobello died July 31, 2012 at his home. He was the son of the late Richard Sam and Nellie Bagwell Condrey and husband of Helon Burrell Condrey.
He was a dedicated member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church where he was a former deacon and was a auto repairman.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Mark Condrey and Danny Condrey both of Campobello; a daughter, Tammie Burrell (Billy) of Campobello; four brothers, Tommy Condrey of Greer, Billy Condrey, Mike Condrey, and Eddie Condrey all of Inman; two grandchildren, Rebekah and Anthony Burrell.
He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Dean Condrey.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Michael Owenby, Rev. Ronnie Waters and Rev. Tommy Turner. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Jackson Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund, 8931 Highway 11; Campobello, SC 29322.
The family is at the home of the daughter 1490 Melvin Hill Road, Campobello, SC.
