Mary Ruth Leonhardt

Mary Ruth Leonhardt, 91, of Greer passed away on September 8, 2016.  She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Joyce Ann Ashmore Price and widow of James Edward Leonhardt.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by a son, Dennis Leonhardt and wife Janie of Landrum and a sister, Frances Brown of Landrum.  She was predeceased by five brothers, John, Dillon, Carl, Hulon and Clint Price and four sisters, Ruby Atkins, Lyda Leslie, Dollie Smith and Joyce Ann Stringer.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am Monday, September 12, 2016 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Ken Vickery. The family will receive friends following the graveside service at the cemetery.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of White Oak of Tryon - Benson Hall for their kindness to and care of Mrs. Leonhardt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Victor Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1147, Greer, SC   29651.
