Marlene (Reiling) Forrest

Marlene Reiling Forrest of Columbus, NC, 72, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Tryon Estates.  She was the daughter of the late William Ernst and Rose Anger Reiling and wife of the late Alexander Forrest.

She was a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church and a concert pianist.  She also taught piano lessons.

She is survived by a niece Sandra Puhlhorn and her husband John of Tryon.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 23, 2015 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Michael Keel and Rev. Brent Frady.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Billy Graham Ministries, 1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28201 or to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 75851, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
