Marie (Davis) Wallace

Marie Davis Wallace, 87, of Columbus passed away on May 6, 2017.  She was the daughter of the late Lee and Lillie Odessa Metcalf Davis and widow of Donald Dewitt Wallace.

She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and retired from Milliken.

She is survived by her children, Jerry Wallace (Charlene) of Columbus, NC, Roger Wallace (Jane) of Arden, NC; David Wallace (Dori) of Columbus, NC; Janice Elder (Tony) of Columbus, NC;  Glenn Wallace (Janice)  of Texas, Julie Wallace of Columbus, NC; grandchildren, Aaron, Rachel and Jessica Wilbanks (Jason), Justin Wallace, Crystal (Garrett) McBrayer, Amanda & Jenny Wallace, Christopher (Elise) and Carly Wallace (Patrick) ; great grandchildren, Greenlee and Leland McBrayer and Kennedy Carson.  She was predeceased by a son, George Donald Wallace.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Emmanuel Baptist Church at 10:00am conducted by Rev. Brian Wilson.
