Jill Lawson Obituary

Jill Sandra Lawson, 76, of Inman, SC passed away peacefully on January 24, 2018. Jill was the loving wife of Albert "Lon" Lawson, mother to Wendy (Greg) Linford and Melissa Lawson, and "Granny" to Maxwell Lawson.

She was a graduate of Valparaiso University and began her career as a high school English teacher in Indiana. She later retired as an administration manager from the University of Chicago Hospitals. Jill enjoyed her family, golf, reading, swimming and the beach.

Jill was preceded in death by her parents Ken and Dorothy Bol and her sister Beverly Pace, and survived by her brother Vern Geib.

Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Carolina Foothills Hospice in Landrum, SC or a charity of your choice .
