James Horton

James Keith Horton, fondly know as Jimmy, 68, of Landrum passed away on May 2, 2016.  He was the son of the late James William and Mildred Louise Hutcherson Horton.  He was self employed and served in the US Army.

He is survived by a brother, Michael Horton and wife Marie; a sister, Ann Horton; nieces and nephews, Michelle Burns and husband Jay, Heather Wooten and husband Tommy, Russell Mitchell and wife Jessica, and Amanda Hughes and husband Tommy;  great nieces and nephews, Sabrina, Makayla, Mikey, Destiny, Shylee, Austin, Mackenzie, Avery, Leala, Aiden, Gavin, Mason and Gunner; and his beloved cat, Charlie.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm Friday, May 6, 2016 at Petty Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Jerry Burns.  The family will receive friends prior to the service at 2:30 at the funeral home.
