Claudia Campbell

Claudia Tapp Campbell, 97, of Landrum passed away on January 12, 2016.  She was the daughter of the late Robert Trenton and Essie Atkins Tapp and widow of Hubert H. Campbell.

She was a member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Robert Dean Campbell, Tommy Campbell and Johnny Campbell; five daughters, Martha Farmer, Sybil Howard, Ruth Ellen Poore, Freida Allison and Norma Howard;  29 grandchildren; 36  great grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons, Samuel and Jerry and a daughter, Mary; three grandchildren and her brothers and sisters. 

The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00pm Friday, January 15, 2016 at Petty Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00pm in the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Brannon Poore.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
