Caroline (Jones) Wofford

Caroline Jones Wofford, 75, of Mauldin, SC entered eternal life on Saturday, October 3, 2015.  Caroline is predeceased by her parents, Walter William and Jenny Bishop Jones.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Buddy Wofford.  Her spirit is carried on by her three children, Robbie Wofford, Rebecca Wofford Croon and Bonnie Wofford Callais; five grandchildren, Beth Bishop Thurston, Brittny Bishop, Robyn Wofford and Amity Callais; two great grandchildren, Joshua Thurston and Hailey Hyder; and two brothers,  William Allen Jones and Michael Keith Jones.  She is predeceased by a brother, Walter Douglas Jones and a sister, Frances Marie Jones.

She was a CNA MedTech for 21 years at White Oak Terrace in Tryon, NC.  She touched the lives of many.  She is remembered as a strong, compassionate and giving woman who brought joy and laughter to all those around her.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Petty Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Petty Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Dennis Richey.  Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
