Charles William "Billy" Metcalf, 69, of Tryon died February 23, 2013. He was son of the late Guy B. and Evelyn T. Metcalf. He had worked in textiles and construction and served in the US Army.
He is survived by his loving companion, Norma Denton and a sister, Carolyn Barnette.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Peniel Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Tom Frady.
